SHIPPING POLICY

CAWACH uses a large network of couriers to deliver your products to you as early as possible. Upon placing an order, the product is shipped to you within 24 hours from our warehouse. The whole order amount will be refunded if the order is cancelled (prior to dispatch), lost or undelivered to your preferred location

RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY

All products are fully guaranteed against defect or faulty manufacturing. Wedo our best to take care of hygiene and quality of our products. CAWACH has grown from the grass roots of honesty and transparency and we hope our customers to be fair and reasonable with us as well.

CAWACH’s returns and exchange policy gives you an option to exchange faulty products (if any) within 15 days from the date of the order. All electronic devices and face shields will be replaced if found to be faulty (for faults originating prior to being received by the customer). Face masks will not be returned or exchanged. Physical damage of goods will waive off your right to exchange.To process an exchange, you need to send the goods back to us (don’t worry, we will bear the courier charges). If you choose to exchange the product for reason of non-conformance of quality, colour or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the product, free of cost, post our examination of the product delivered to you. However all exchanges are subject to stock availability and may be subject to delays. An exchange request becomes our top priority, so we will get on top of things to expedite your exchange process.
